About Milko

A Lifelong Steward of Movement

Milko Georgiev has been a physical educator, kinesiologist, and coach since 2003. He has dedicated his life to one purpose: the disciplined cultivation of human movement. His work blends rigorous biomechanics, practical pedagogy, and a philosophical commitment to timeless principles of preparation. The result is a complete system for lifelong physical development built from kinesiological first principles — clear, repeatable, and intended to endure.

Creator of the Milko Method: Strength, Alignment, Integrity

He developed an eight-level model of athletic preparation and a catalog of 40 kinesiologically sound movements, which are organized into five progressive grades. In 2005, he introduced the Milko Bench Press and the Milko Push-Pull, which are unique horizontal presses that emphasize core integration and shoulder health. These exercises are used by athletes of all levels, including elite competitors. Milko writes, teaches, and coaches with the conviction that strength must be harmonized with alignment, balance, and ethical practice.
